Tehseen is the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Quintessence Corporate Solutions Ltd, specializing in providing comprehensive outsourcing services with end-to-end solutions. She is also a Director of Helm Services Ltd, a financial services company duly licensed by the FSC and serves on various boards while advocating for international best practices in corporate governance.

She started her career in the Corporate Banking Business Unit of the MCB and then gained solid auditing experience with KPMG Mauritius as part of her professional qualifications. Previously, she acted as the CFO of Highway Properties Limited, La City Shopping Mall, Trianon.

An advocate for inclusion, diversity and empowerment, she supports women in leadership through the Board of Good and is also an active member of the Financial Toastmasters Club.
