The Covid-19 pandemic has created an unprecedented crisis in the world whilst creating challenging situations for Mauritius at large. SWAN is here to protect your assets and investments, provide you with flexibility to weather volatility during this period of uncertainty so that you may prosper when normalcy resumes.

In this spirit of constantly supporting our clients and partners, we are launching the SWAN COVID-19 HOUSEHOLD RELIEF SCHEME to accompany our clientele whose monthly income has been impacted by the COVID-19 calamity. Eligible clients can now apply for payment relief on their commitments by contacting us on 207 3500 or via email at loans@swanforlife.com. Your application should be accompanied by the SWAN application form together with supporting documents, as stated below:

Salaried clients
  • Latest salary slip
  • Relevant letter from employer confirming termination of contract or reduction in income
  • Bank statements for the past 3 months where your income is credited
  • Loan account in good standing
Self-employed clients
  • Latest MRA return
  • BRN / Trade Licence
  • Bank statements for the past 6 months where your personal income is credited
  • Supporting letter to explain reduction in income
  • Loan account in good standing
