Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of Swan Life Ltd (the 'Company') has declared a final dividend of Rs 59.40 per share in respect of all the shares of the Company. This dividend is in respect of the financial year ending 31 December 2019 and will be payable in full to all the shareholders of the Company registered at the close of business on 27 December 2019.

The dividend will be paid on or about 17 January 2020.

The shares of the Company will be traded cum-dividend up to the market day of
23 December 2019 and ex-dividend on 24 December 2019.
