Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of Swan Life Ltd (the 'Company') has declared a final dividend of Rs 59.40 per share in respect of all the shares of the Company. This dividend is in respect of the financial year ending 31 December 2021 and will be payable in full to all the shareholders of the Company registered at the close of business on 27 December 2021.

The dividend will be paid on or about 18 January 2022.

The shares of the Company will be traded cum-dividend up to the market day of 22 December 2021 and ex-dividend on 23 December 2021.
