Swan General Ltd (the ‘Company’)

The Board of Directors of Swan General Ltd (the “Company”) wishes to inform its shareholders and the public in general that the Condensed Unaudited Financial Statements for the quarter ended 31 March 2026 of the Company and the Group have been approved on 28 August 2026.

The Condensed Unaudited Financial Statements of the Company and the Group can be viewed on the Company’s website (www.swanforlife.com).

Copies of the above Condensed Unaudited Financial Statements and the Statement of Officers’ Interests are available to the public free of charge from the Company Secretary at the registered office of the Company at Swan Centre, 10 Intendance Street, Port-Louis.
