Swan General Ltd (the ‘Company’)

The Board of Directors of Swan General Ltd (the “Company”) wishes to inform its shareholders and the public in general that the Condensed Audited Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2025 of the Company and the Group have been approved on 31 July 2026.

The Condensed Audited Financial Statements of the Company and the Group can be viewed on the Company’s. website (www.swanforlife.com).

Copies of the above Condensed Audited Financial Statements and the Statement of Officers’ Interests are available to the public free of charge from the Company Secretary at the registered office of the  Company at Swan Centre, 10 Intendance Street, Port-Louis.
