The market and the general public are advised that there will be a delay in publishing the condensed audited accounts for the year ended 31 December 2020 and condensed unaudited accounts for the quarter ended 31 March 2021 of the Company, as the audit of the financial statements of the Company for the year ended 31 December 2020 is still in progress.

Following the change in auditors for the financial year 2020, the audit process is taking more time than anticipated, and is now expected to be completed in the coming month.

The Company has obtained formal approval of the Stock Exchange of Mauritius Ltd for extension of the deadlines for publishing its condensed audited accounts for the year ended 31 December 2020 and condensed unaudited accounts for the quarter ended 31 March 2021 by 30 July 2021.
