Swan Life Ltd (the ‘Company’)

The market is advised that there will be a delay in publishing the following accounts of the Company (collectively the
'Accounts'):

• Audited condensed accounts for the year ended 31 December 2025 until 31 July 2026
• Unaudited condensed accounts for the quarter ended 31 March 2026 until 31 August 2026
• Unaudited condensed accounts for the quarter ended 30 June 2026 until 30 September 2026

This delay is attributable to prior-year adjustments arising from the implementation of IFRS 17, together with the additional audit testing required.

The Company has obtained formal approval from the Stock Exchange of Mauritius Ltd for the Accountsto be published as per the above-mentioned dates.
