Swan Life Ltd (the ‘Company’)

The market is advised that there will be a delay in publishing the Company's condensed audited accounts for the year ended 31st December 2025 and the unaudited condensed accounts for the quarter ended 31st March 2026.

This delay is due to some prior year adjustments required with the implementation of IFRS 17.

The Company has obtained formal approval from the Stock Exchange of Mauritius Ltd for the accounts to be published as follows:

• Audited condensed accounts for the year ended 31 December 2025, until the extended deadline of 30 June 2026.
• Unaudited condensed accounts for the quarter ended 31 March 2026, until the extended deadline of 15 July 2026.
