I release and forever discharge The Mauritius Tennis Federation / International Tennis Federation / The Confederation Africaine de Tennis, The Tournament organising committee, Sponsors and its employees, agents and volunteers from all claims, actions, demands, liability, damage, loss and costs arising out of, by reason of or in any way relating to my participation in the tournament including any personal injury and hereby indemnify and will keep indemnified its employees, agents and volunteers from all such claims, actions, demands, liability, damage, loss and costs made or claimed by me or by any other party.

Terms and Conditions

If you agree with the conditions of the tournament, players must be available as from Friday 8th to Sunday 23rd October 2021.

Conditions: Entries will be considered for draw only if :

(i) all above information is duly completed
(ii) entry fee is received before draw date
(iii) valid 2021 player licence.

Entry fee Rs 400.00 per single event and Rs 200.00 per player double event / MTF licence fee Rs 500.00

Matches played on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays will start as from 8h30. During weekdays, all matches will start as from 16h30 at Rose Hill Club or as may be decided by the organising committee. Junior players must participate in their own category and any one Junior category above.

Entry forms must be returned at the Rose Hill Club, Ave Captain Bruce, Rose Hill duly completed and signed accompanied with the appropriate fee by Tuesday 21st September 2021.

Draw shall be carried out on Thursday 23rd September 2021, MTF Petit Camp and order of matches available as from Thursday 30th September 2021 at the seat of Rose Hill Club as from 15hrs ( or you can log on www.mauritiustennis.com to view the order of the matches available )

* Players are responsible to consult the draw sheet on the notice board at the Rose Hill Club, to ensure the proper schedule.

You are required to pay attention to the Rules and Regulation of the ITF and MTF.

* Please note that matches are “followed by” and the time shown on draw sheet is only an indication.
